Our visit to Treworgan Goat farm was an interesting and informative morning.
The children saw some newly born kids, learned about how the goats are milked
and tasted goats milk and goats cheese.
My thanks to Helen Wallace, who had organised the morning so well and to Harewood End Agricultural Society for funding the transport.
As part of the Year of Food and Farming the school is ‘adopting’ both Helen Wallace of Treworgan Goat Farm and George Snell of Treberva Fruit Farm.
